CANCELLATION POLICY
INTRODUCTION
We understand that plans can change, and we want to make the cancellation process as simple and stress-free as possible. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel or modify an order, what happens if we need to cancel on our end, and how refunds are handled in each case.

1. CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
If you need to cancel an order you have placed, please contact us as soon as possible. The sooner you get in touch, the better the chance we can help you. We require at least 24 hours notice before an order is prepared or dispatched. If your cancellation request is received within this window and your order has not yet been prepared or handed to a courier, we will cancel it and issue you a full refund. The refund will be returned to your original payment method and should appear within 7 to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, we are no longer able to cancel or modify it. At that point the full charge will apply. To request a cancellation, please email us at Contact@tubbytoysglobal.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We will confirm receipt of your request and let you know whether it has been processed successfully.
2. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL AS AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER
We recognise that customers in different parts of the world have specific legal rights when it comes to cancellations, and we fully respect those rights. If you are based in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This is known as the cooling off period and is guaranteed under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To exercise this right, simply contact us within 14 days of delivery at Contact@tubbytoysglobal.com. You will need to return the item in its original, unused condition, and we will issue a full refund of the product price within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Please note that the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
If you are based in Australia, you are protected by the Australian Consumer Law. You have the right to cancel and receive a refund if the product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Please contact us within a reasonable time of discovering the issue.
If you are based in Canada or the United States, and you have received a product that does not match what was described or arrives in a damaged or defective condition, please contact us and we will work to resolve the situation fairly and promptly.
3. MODIFYING YOUR ORDER
If you would like to change something about your order, such as the delivery address, the product, or the quantity, please contact us as quickly as possible at Contact@tubbytoysglobal.com with your order number and the details of what you would like to change. As with cancellations, modifications must be requested at least 24 hours before the order is prepared or dispatched. Once preparation has begun or the order has been handed to a courier, we are unable to make any changes.
4. WHEN WE CANCEL YOUR ORDER
There are some situations where we may need to cancel your order on our end. These include cases where a product goes out of stock after your order was placed, where we discover an error in the product description or pricing, where we are unable to verify your payment, or where there are other unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling your order. In any of these situations, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. If your payment has already been taken, we will issue a full refund within 7 to 10 business days. We will never charge you for an order we are unable to fulfil.
5. DUPLICATE ORDERS
If you accidentally place the same order more than once, please let us know immediately by emailing Contact@tubbytoysglobal.com with your order numbers. If the duplicate order has not yet been prepared or dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If we notice the duplication ourselves before dispatching, we will try to contact you to confirm which order you intended to keep. If we are unable to reach you in time, we may use our judgement to process one order and refund the other. In any case, you will not be charged for more than what you actually want.
6. ORDER CONFIRMATIONS
As soon as you place an order on our Website, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation will include your unique order number, a summary of the items you have ordered, the delivery address, and the total amount charged. Please keep this email safe as you may need the order number if you contact us. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a separate shipping notification with tracking information where available. When your order is delivered, you will receive a final delivery confirmation. Please make sure your registered email address is correct so you do not miss any of these updates.
7. REFUNDS AFTER CANCELLATION
When a cancellation is approved, refunds are processed as follows. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be returned to the same card used for the purchase. If you paid via PayPal or another digital wallet, the refund will be returned to that account. Refunds are typically processed on our end within 3 to 5 business days of the cancellation being confirmed. After that, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider, which is usually 7 to 10 business days but can sometimes take a little longer. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of receiving our confirmation, please contact us at Contact@tubbytoysglobal.com and we will look into it for you.
8. CUSTOM AND BULK ORDERS
If you have placed a custom toy order or a bulk wholesale order, please note that cancellation terms may differ. Custom orders involve design, material sourcing, and production work that begins shortly after your order is confirmed. If you need to cancel a custom or bulk order, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on how far along production has progressed, we may not be able to offer a full refund. We will always try to find a fair solution and communicate your options clearly.
